The Pre-licensing course can be completed in a classroom or via virtual/distance learning. If you opt to take the classroom version you will be awarded an MV-278 Pre-licensing Certificate of Completion. No matter which version you decide to take each course follows the same curriculum. If you are able to successfully complete your course, the company will report your completion to the DMV automatically, and you don't require a certificate when appearing for your driver's exam.
